As each of us grows older, we will inevitably be faced with challenges that come with the passing of age. One such problem thing that many people experience is the degrading health of a parent, grandparent, or other close family member. Whether the outward signs of aging are mild or extreme, physical or mental, the responsibility, care, and thoughts of your loved one’s aging process may lower your vibrational output.
While it may seem, at times, that this situation is impossible to cope with, there is hope! You, and only you, are in control of your vibrational output! If you choose to do so, you can train yourself to focus your attention and energy on what is working, instead of what isn’t. When you begin to change the focus of your attention, your vibrational output will also change for the good! So, how is this done? By noticing Positive Evidences (PEs)!
What Is a Positive Evidence (PE)?
The answer to that question is simple. A PE can be anything. Basically, it is something that shows up in your life that leads you to laugh or smile, bring things together and activate a higher vibrational output. A positive evidence can make you feel great, brings things together, makes you laugh or smile, and that activates a higher vibrational output. It is something that IS working even just a little bit! Often times, we have literally hundreds of these PEs around us, yet we seem to fail to notice and acknowledge them.
Steps to Noticing PEs
When looking for PEs, the first step is expecting to find them. They may be big or small, tangible or intangible, but they do exist. Look for things that inspire great feelings, give you hope, or simply make you smile. Secondly, write these findings down in a journal. The entries will help to increase your awareness of PEs and provide a place for you to express them. There are no rules to your journal and you may write as little or as much as you like. Thirdly, spend some time amping up your energy around the PEs that you have found. Whether you simply express it verbally or write it in the journal, be sure to express gratitude and acknowledgement of the PE.
Benefits of PEs
Generally speaking, there are three key benefits of noticing PEs. They are:
- Activation of expectation that things WILL work out, that miracles WILL happen
- Raising your vibrational output matches you to higher vibrating elements
- A training of your focus on what is working, which leads to more things working
By using the simple steps outlined for noticing PEs, you will literally begin allowing yourself to notice and appreciate things that work, such as good feelings, surprises, opportunities, etc. As a caretaker or family member close to an aging relative, being able to grab onto these PEs really is key. As time seems to begin to catch up with those we love, being able to grasp onto the positives goes so much further than we realize. From creating memories in our thinking that will remind us of great moments, opportunities to laugh, and special times together, to the anticipation and attraction of miracles that become the result of our vibrational outputs, our focus can determine the possibilities open to us as we navigate this our any life challenge.
