What is codependency?
Codependency is when a person has no sense of identity anymore.
They've lost themselves.
They feel disconnected from their own Divine Source.

- The inability to feel safe, which keeps us in the loop of fear responses (nervous system), and which creates split energy (resistance)
- Fear based protector parts (defenses) that block the Energy of Source
