About Sharon Wilson

Joyful Greetings!

I’m Sharon Wilson, Founder of Coaching From Spirit. I began this work in 1997 — long before intuition and alignment became common language in business.

For over 25 years, I’ve supported entrepreneurs, leaders, and change-makers in creating meaningful, profitable work by blending intuition, mindset mastery, energy leadership, and grounded strategy.

In 2020, I expanded this work through Transforming Culture Consultants, supporting leaders and organizations in building healthier cultures. That chapter is now closing as I return fully to Coaching From Spirit.

In July 2025, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

I entered a sacred pause and focused fully on healing with an integrative medical team, following my inner guidance every step of the way. 

This journey required me to face my deepest fears, surrender control, and take life one step at a time. It was challenging — and transformational.

During that time, a powerful energy management and attraction system crystallized — building on the decades I’ve spent helping others coach themselves and lead from Spirit.

Through this system:

  • I attracted an unlikely but aligned integrative team of solo providers.

  • I leaned on like-minded friends and colleagues who became prayer and intention partners.

  • We experienced the power of group energy — holding the vision for ideal outcomes in each next step, without attachment and affirming the highest good for all.

As we held that vision for me, we also held it for everyone, everywhere needing Divine solutions and supporting all in the group’s intentions.  

We all experienced miracles and activated the knowing that we would be given Divine solutions, 

We activated the belief that no matter what seemed to show up, it would eventually all work out for our highest good.

This has now become the foundation of how we support those who feel called to work with us.

Through it all, I cultivated unwavering trust in inner guidance — even in the face of my deepest fears and uncertainty.

And I am profoundly grateful that I healed miraculously — without chemo or radiation.

Coaching From Spirit Today

This experience reshaped how I live, work, and lead.

Coaching From Spirit is now centered on helping others RECHARGE — restoring energy, clarity, and aligned action.

I am joyful and honored to support you in whatever serves the greatest good.

I truly believe there is no accident that we found each other.

I am grateful for your light on this Earth.
